El Topo and The Holy Mountain have been released on VHS, El Topo by Nouveaux (UK), The Holy Mountain by Visual Entertainment (UK). If you want to order the UK tapes, there's a great UK based web site at: Movie Mail The UK tapes are PAL only. El Topo is in Spanish with English subtitles, and contains the original opening credits sequence not on the Japanese releases. The running time = 119mins 35 secs (at pal/25fps) which works out at 124 mins 34 secs at ntsc/24fps. It was taken from the master supplied to the BBC, but the BBC cut the version they screened by around one minute. The UK release, on Nouveaux, reinstates the missing footage. The Holy Mountain unfortunately used what would alppear to be the Japanese laserdisc (i.e. with optical fogging) as the master. Thanks to Marc Morris for the info.
